How to access bdhoki on mobile
Installation options
We offer three ways to use bdhoki on a phone. The Android APK is a direct download that installs a native app. iOS users open bdhoki in Safari or Chrome and use the web version; we do not have an App Store listing. Web users on any device can also use our progressive web app, which caches your session and works on weak connections.
Installation steps
-
1
Download or open bdhoki
Android users visit our download link and save the APK file. iOS users open bdhoki.id in Safari. Web users navigate to bdhoki.id in any browser.
-
2
Install on Android or bookmark
On Android, allow unknown sources in Settings, then tap the APK file to install. On iOS or web, bookmark the page for quick access.
-
3
Register and verify your identity
Create an account with email and password. Upload your Indonesian KTP or passport, and provide a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address.
-
4
Link a payment method and start
Choose DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposit, then access live tables and sports markets immediately.
Our bdhoki app syncs your account across Android, iOS, and web—deposit on one platform, withdraw from another. Your balance and game history follow you everywhere.
App versus browser: what's the difference
The native Android app caches your session data, so tables load faster on repeat visits. You also receive push notifications about live sports fixtures—when Liga 1 matches start or Piala AFF games are live, we can alert you directly. The app works on weak internet; if your connection drops, the app stores your last table state and reconnects when signal returns.
The iOS browser and web versions offer identical features and payment options. They do not cache as aggressively, so slower devices may see slight delays when loading a new table. Push notifications are not available in browser mode. Both versions work on any phone and require no installation—just bookmark and go.
Device requirements and compatibility
Our bdhoki app runs on Android 7.0 and above. Most phones sold in the last five years meet this requirement. iOS users need Safari or Chrome version 12 or later; again, most recent devices support this. Web access works on any phone with a modern browser—there are no special requirements.
If you have an older device, try the web version first. It is lighter and may run smoother than the native app. If performance is still slow, contact our support team for device-specific guidance.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
Android users sometimes see a warning that the APK is from an unknown source. This is normal. Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, select your browser or file manager, and toggle "Allow from this source." Then retry the APK download and installation.
If your device does not trust the certificate, this may be a security software interfering. Temporarily disable mobile antivirus, download the APK again, and retry. Once installed, you can re-enable antivirus. iOS and web users rarely face install issues; if bdhoki does not load, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload.
Account security, permissions, and data protection
We at bdhoki do not ask for permission to access your contacts, photos, or call history. The app only accesses your device's internet connection and storage (to cache session data). Your account login, payment details, and game history stay encrypted on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Use a strong password—at least 12 characters, mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login with anyone. If you suspect your account is compromised, log out from all devices in your account settings, change your password, and contact our support team immediately. We undertake to review suspicious activity and help restore your account if needed.
